Lag in Build Mode and on Large Lots

Here's more bugs I can't fix 1 sims walking through counter,doors,couchs.2 plant disappear going back to like they was newly planted after weeding and watering money threes and other trees plants bug 3 sim going to the fabacter recycling machine and disappearing once told to use it.bug 4 sims being told to do something they freezen for like 5 to 10 secs. Getting famous paparazzi freezen up the lot when they are spamming the camera in all lots including retail to the point I had to remove the caleb status so I wont freeze or lag.bug 5 a sometime the fun dont go up where you need to restart or any of the mods bars I really hope you all can find them and fix it it's getting unplayable but after playing for year with out problems then once the new patches get added it starts hard core is anyone having these problem 

Also even know the doors aren't locked the sim saying its locked or there's something blocking but nothing there to the point I need to reload the house but that dont always work so I need to change the door for a archway

Well another bug the sims are getting stuck while playing violin guitar other things it wont even let you cancel action it forces you to restart the game or ps4 when you come back on it loads very slow I been playing all sims game from 123 and now 4 I have never seen a game like sim 4 act up so bad not even its sister game like sim 4 I'm sorry about keep bugging you but it really need  a fixing I'm finding bugs after bug in sim 4 so I thought to let you know before it gets worse but it all started the pasd 2 year after the new packs and patches so i hope you all can figger it out get it back running smooth 

The sharing caring trait makes thing worse every time other sims steal from your house it becomes annoying because you got to replace it by opening the inventory  to re add what they took if you guys is going to keep that going then we need the inventory fixed the more we got to open our games lags bad it is unplayable please fix it 

I been playing sim for long time I can see when its acting up I have never had any problems with 1 2 3 just sim 4 here's the list of the bug I'm seeing bug 1 house inventory of  lags but gets worse when you go back to live mode it sent your sims in slow motion and with the sharing is caring trait makes it worse because every time other sim steal fro your house you have to open the inventory to put the stuff back that makes the game lag bad  bug 2  sims stands there frozed for some time a hour you have to restart  the game unfreeze them bug 3 after water trees,plants they some times goes back like you just planted bug 4 getting famous paparazzi they come on your lot and with them spamming their camera on a 50 by 50 lot or 64 by 64 it lag the game where you have to restart bug 5 sim walks through counter,doors,couch,bed.bug 6 the sims said doors lock but it's not or they are blocked but not bug 7 when the sims are playing a violin guitar they get stuck you have to restart to get them back to normal  bug8 the mood bars does fill when they are doing like fun it stayed yellow until I restarted bug 9 when the sims inter a machine they disappear for like 5 to 10 secs or min tune  this is what I seen so far I'm hoping you can find and fix them the is becoming unplayable  with the lag

We need a off and on switch for the gallery that also  causes the game to freeze
