@hellcrasher6969 Does this happen on Sims only or other games as well?
A couple things to check:
- Is your system getting adequate ventilation? Check that the unit does not need to be dusted, or that it isn't overheating.
- Are you using an external drive? Is the cable or the drive going bad? Try transferring saved items to the Console and off the external drive and unplug the external drive.
- Do you have a stable internet connection? Try rebooting your modem and router.
You can try to rebuild your database.
- Turn off the PS4 system by pressing the power button on the front panel. The power indicator will blink for a few moments before turning off.
- Once the PS4 system is off, press and hold the power button again. Release it after you hear the second beep: one beep will sound when you first press, and another seven seconds later.
- Connect the DUALSHOCK 4 with the USB cable and press the PS button on the controller
- Select Rebuild Database
