Lag/freeze when trying to delete or adding something in build mode (console)

I’m currently in san myshuno and I tried penny pizazz’s place and it doesn’t happen there. I’m currently on the waterside warble lot; I have an apartment (residential rental). Also when I place something, the cursor lags/freezes and if I move before it’s done unfreezing it’ll jump to where i moved the cursor.

Thanks, do you currently have a lot of items on the lot? Try reducing a good number of items, let me know if the lagging still happens then.
