Laundry Day Stuff Pack missing

Product: The Sims 4 Platform:Microsoft XBOX One Which language are you playing the game in? English How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%) What is your current game version number? 1.70.3...

    Hello @onelittlemoonkee,

    Please follow the steps here to be sure Laundry Day is fully installed to your console:

    • Highlight The Sims on the dashboard
    • Press the Menu button on the controller
    • Select "Manage Games and Add-ons" 
    • You should see an option here to "Install" your DLC

    If you're still not able to access your DLC once you've tried this, please let me know!
