Library full error, can't save lots or sims

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:Sony Playstation 4
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.41
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All except my first pet, courtyard oasis kit and bust the dust kit
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't know lol
What happens when the bug occurs? Failed to save to library error, library full even after deleting a bunch of stuff
What do you expect to see? I expect to not see this error
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

Unable to save other players builds from gallery to my library, library full error but I deleted over 30 maxis builds

    @skittles23o51ox This can happen when you have a lot of gallery builds in your library. Delete the gallery builds because they are the ones that take up the most space. You can always just favorite the builds on the gallery you like and download them straight from the gallery instead of saving them to your library.

    I have had this issue before more than once. Each time I am told to delete my library save on my console & create a new one. The problem with this solution is every time I do this I have to delete the 200 plus Maxis created households, lots & nonsense that EA forces into Console Library every time the game generates a new Console Library. The last time I did this I times it & workin non-stop it took just over 2 hours to delete all the saved junk & start with a fresh library only to have the issue happened again only a few months later with LESS stuff in my Console Library than when I created the new Console Library file. LESS. Far less! This is beyond frustrating.
