Community ManagerYou need to start a brand new save file (not a new household within the same save file) and test this with a brand new family. If you see any error codes on a brand new save file, please let me know.
Oh so how do I start a brand new saved file?

From the main menu of The Sims, instead of clicking on Load Game, or resume, you're going to select New Game. This will load a brand new save file, and you can create a new family to test out.
does the new family have to be new or can I put the same family in there?
I think I found out what it is I think it’s my house it’s self I don’t think it’s the household.

Apologies for the delay on this.
If it's the house that's causing the issue, try bulldozing and replacing this lot, or placing this house on a different lot instead.
