Locked items in build mode & game crashing

So, ive got a few problems going on. Im on Xbox series X.

For a LONG time now ive had issues with the game crashing/freezing no matter what mode im playing. This has been an ongoing issue since around High School Years, and its very frustrating. Im trying to build in Ravenwood and I have to reload often. Ive even loaded back in to find objects missing, even though I'd saved it before it crashed. While searching through items for my build, there are some items locked, specifically the Refined Living Room Kit, in its entirely, and there's a weird blue symbol in the bottom corner on the pictures of the items. 

PLEASE HELP!!

    As this report contains multiple bugs and we may already have active dedicated bug report threads opened for them here "Compiled list of reported issues" this thread has been closed.

    If there isn't an active thread dedicated to each of the bugs you're experiencing in the link above, please go ahead and create a new bug report, one per each individual bug after testing if the issues persist after removing any mods/cc. That way, we can track things easier and provide relevant information regarding the specific bug.
