Massive lag/ game stops working after pausing or fast forwarding

How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
What is your current game version number? SP21:1.assets.live2_console-sp21.42
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All apart from Toddler stuff and some kits
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play the game and either pause or fast forward in live mode
What happens when the bug occurs? Game sticks on pause for minutes and after a few times , the game crashes completely and has to be restarted.
What do you expect to see? To be able to pause, unpause, fast forward without it causing the game to crash
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
This started primarily whilst my sims were on the high school lot but is now happening everywhere. I’ve been playing for around 4 hours and had to restart around 10 times. Given up now 😔
