Missing a few DLC’s on PS5
Where do I start… so I’ve been having a few issues here and there per game session, but the real issue is after having to restart the game and load it, I noticed… a few dlc items were missing. Sims are appearing bald, some barely have any clothes on… then I checked the game pack list and noticed that most of them are “uninstalled…” what is happening 😐

Let's make sure all the content is fully installed to your console with these steps:
- Restore the licenses on your console
- Go to your Game Library
- Scroll to Your Collection
- Select The Sims 4
- Scroll down to Add-Ons and locate your DLC here
- Select the DLC in this list and select Install
- When the download finishes, let your new content install and restart The Sims
Next, head into Marketplace-> My Collection-> Pack Selection and make sure your packs are enabled there.
