Missing all DLC on Sims 4 Deluxe Edition on PS4

Bought physical copy for PS4 and Installed game which worked fine. Entered DLC code which is bundled inside case and it only installed Patio stuff. I contacted PSN and told them I was missing Life of the Party, Up All Night and Animal Hats DLC which I paid extra for. They told me to restore licences and reinstall the game which I did. Not only did it still not work i've now also lost the patio stuff aswell! Tried inputting the code again but its saying its already been redeemed. Now i've been told to contact EA to get the problem sorted. Anybody have any ideas. Thanks.
