Missing packs from Sims 4

So a while back I had boughten "Seasons", "Cats & Dogs", and "My First Pet" . But I had just redownloaded everything and now these packs are missing, I had these packs downloaded BEFORE I deleted the...

    Hi @l3l3_tH3Aw3sOM3 

    Please try the following to be sure all your content is fully installed to your console:

    • Restore the licenses on your console 
    • Go to your Game Library 
    • Scroll to Your Collection
    • Select The Sims 4
    • Scroll down to Add-Ons and locate your DLC here
    • Select the DLC in this list and select Install
    • When the download finishes, let your new content install and restart The Sims

  • Select The Sims 4
  • Scroll down to Add-Ons and locate your DLC here
  • Select the DLC in this list and select Install

    I have done that, many different times. I've checked the store. Everywhere. Everytime I go into the store it says I have to buy it when I've already gotten these add-ons.
