Missing Sims4 pack ps4

I own multiple packs on my ps4 including the pack "seasons" but a little while ago it showed that I don't own that pack but I have all my other ones

I know it was on the account I'm using because I've had Seasons for a while and I've been using it for a long time I'm wondering if there is a fix to this or if I just have to rebuy the pack

    Hi @gagagagafafe 

    First we'll want to be sure all your packs are fully installed with these steps:

    • Restore the licenses on your console 
    • Go to your Game Library 
    • Scroll to Your Collection
    • Select The Sims 4
    • Scroll down to Add-Ons and locate your DLC here
    • Select the DLC in this list and select Install
    • When the download finishes, let your new content install and restart The Sims

    If the packs are showing as unowned here, please look over the transaction history on your PlayStation account to verify that you're logging into the account that originally purchased this DLC.
