My game is not loading

I open the sims 4 and it works fine until I try to play a household and an error code pops up and says “The game failed to load. Error Code: 134:5bbf86db:1e781dc4. It is recommended that you relaunch the game.”  
When I go relaunch the game the exact same thing happens help.
