I'm sorry I couldn't explain it well. When the naked active sim "A" is in a compartment that the player does not see, if you switch to operate the sim "A", you will be really naked without wearing the swimsuit that you should be wearing on the console.
Sim didn't rotate and looked embarrassed that he was naked all the time.
I don't think there is a reason for the sims because the new save data sims were created randomly.

When I started a new game, I made all the two sims randomly except for my wishes.
We moved them to an empty space and went to the park together. Then, I asked Sims 1 and 2 to be naked and checked the naked state of the console. " I'm wearing a swimsuit. I'll ask Sim 1 to go home naked. After confirming that you have completely returned home, the player also moves to operate Sim 1. When the load is over and the camera shows the sim 1, the sim 1 is not wearing a swimsuit and is a naked sim without a mosaic. When I moved to control the naked Sim 2 left in the park, Sim 2 was also completely naked without wearing a swimsuit.
I tried it because other console players had the same situation.

In the saved data created before the bug that Sim was wearing the default underwear when bathing was fixed, Sim was wearing the default underwear. The new save data sim was not wearing anything.
I created both the old save data Sim and the new save data Sim. After seeing the bare Sim of the old save data, I thought I needed to look at the save data and the new Sim that was not affected by anything.

The first one instructed Sim to be naked. The second one is to send one of the sims home and choose to "control this sim". The third one is the one that transferred control again with the remaining "Control this sim".
