my packs are gone

i’ve been playing the sims 4 a lot recently and brought a few packs, and when i go to play my packs dont show up, it says at the bottom of the pack list that i own them but it wont let me play them. ...

    xx_rueb As these purchases are made through the PlayStation store on your console, you'll need to contact PlayStation support so they can look into this further with you.

Were you previously game-sharing? Please make sure you're currently logging into your PlayStation with the same PSN account that originally made these purchases. You can check if you're logging in correctly by looking over the transaction history for your PSN.

      Did you look over the transaction history for your PSN account- do your packs show there?
