My sim is stuck (PS4)

My sim is stuck. He won't move, won't react to my commands, he's just rubbing his stomach because he's hungry, but he won't do anything. I'm on ps4. I'll give you a run down of my current situation, I'm in the second generation of a family, we recently had triplets (toddlers) in an apartment in the Spice Market region of th city. We currently have a nanny helping with the triplets and everything is going wrong (who knew that having triplets was gonna be hard lmao). Anyway, the dad is stuck and won't move, this happened last night, I closed the game and came back, how can i fix this?

    Did you by chance turn autonomy off? I had that problem when I played with the autonomy settings. Not sure why it only affected one sim. He just stood by the bed and wouldn't do anything until I turned autonomy back on.  Even if you haven't, maybe fiddling with the settings will get him going again.  Other than that all I can think of is going into build mode and moving stuff around... maybe it glitched out and believes that something is blocking the pathways even though nothing is.
