My sims 4 won't load on PS4

I have reinstalled  everything  yesterday  , cleared cache, restored licenses,  it's stuck on this screen. I am on PS5 and my game is installed on my external hard drive which every other game is working on it just not this one. It was working earlier today now when I load it it's stuck on this screen and when I press PS button to go back ourpt and close the app the close the app option is not there. Why is it doing this? Do I need to reinstall  everything  again?  It has the latest update too.
