My sims is always scared of the dark

I turned off wants and fears, it's still there, I've bought the fear be gone potion, I've became confident and tried to make her face it, she even get scared when it's not even dark, it goes away and comes right back, everytime she steps outside or is just doing regular things it comes back, it comes when she's outside in daylight,when she's cooking,when she wakes up it just keeps coming back
