Navigation in CAS

I don't know why it has such issues but I can move the cursor anywhere other than to select things it really is a fight... it takes me at least 15 minutes just to select something. And the lag is horrible.. I am on Xbox Series X.. all I get is this weird green blinking Dot

    Today I was trying to figure out if I could figure out a fix... check your NAT type. I don't know how you could fix it on PlayStation but on my Xbox I just checked and I had a double NAT type strict. Before in the past I've had even moderate NAT types and if for any reason the port is not reading correctly to your modem it seems to affect the game and selection like I couldn't even select moolah in marketplace... so I changed my port and now I'm able to select things I'll update if it happens again but that just goes to show that you're nat matters even when playing Sims... 

    On xbox >

    Settings > network settings > advanced settings > alternate Port selection 

    Edit: however I would like to add that ever since the Moolah addition Gallery still says I don't own packs even though I own them all and all are installed. Aswell as items. And loading and freezing continues.  (Very buggy since this update)

    I uninstalled the Twisted cat maker pack that I had bought and uninstalled all library/gallery/game saves since downloading that pack and.. this time I didn't have to restart after restarting 15 times in a row because it kept freezing.. I guess we can still no longer use user content on Xbox even maker packs without issue.

    even after uninstalls still says unowned on my owned packs. Am I able to select things again yes is there still problems because of this new update yes...

    Same thing for me!!! Certain create a Sim items like dresses I can go to show all and select normally otherwise if I try to select from tops or bottoms, I have to go to the sub categories, like blouses or T-shirts because then my screen will just be frozen the gallery also does not work when trying to download once you click on a selection and you want to go download it. The screen is completely frozen. I can’t even back out of it I have to reset my entire game after deleting the Sims and re-downloading it which took two hours I still have this issue. It’s very annoying because in order for me to edit my Sim like her make up or her facial features have to keep wiggling my cursor around into it. Scroll to the very bottom. I already tried contacting Support about this, they said all they could do is for me to leave a message in the forum. Happy to see that you were also having this issue. Are you also playing on console?
