Need Help Linking the Right EA Account to My PSN

I’m having an issue with account linking between PlayStation and EA. I used to have two different PlayStation accounts, and each one was linked to a different EA account. The EA account that has all my Sims 4 event rewards and progress is currently linked to the PlayStation account that I no longer use.

What I really want is to connect that EA account (the one with the rewards) to my other PlayStation account, because that’s the one I’m currently using and want to continue playing on. I tried unlinking both accounts, but the system still says my PSN is already linked, and I can’t switch it.

I’d really appreciate any help unlinking the wrong EA account from my PSN, and allowing me to link the correct EA account instead. I’ve spent a lot of time earning in-game event rewards and I really don’t want to lose them.
