My expansion packs are now saying not owned xbox one

Iv been playing on my console for awhile now iv bought a few packs and now i started my game up today and there saying not owned. Iv tryed to clear the cache and Iv restarted but nothing is fixing it.

    Hey there @e666710,

    Please follow these steps to be sure all your content is fully installed to your console:

    • Highlight The Sims on the dashboard
    • Press the Menu button on the controller
    • Select "Manage Games and Add-ons" 
    • You should see an option here to "Install" your DLC

    If you're still not able to access your DLC once you've tried this, let me know!

    Same here. I lost my Eco Lifestyle and Horse Ranch packs so I restarted my xbox and those two came back but then I lost Realm Of Magic.  I had 5 sims without clothing and another 5 bald heads.
