this happened to me as well. when i loaded it up it made me recheck my user agreement and readjust my screen then when i loaded in, everything was gone. that was probably about a week ago. i made a family and got them into a house. haven’t touched the game again until today for the new update and they did the same **bleep** thing AGAIN. hundreds of dollars i’ve spent on this game and this is the thanks i get. absolutely unbelievable.
