I just hopped on my Xbox One to check out the most recent updates and found that every single save file has been deleted. All downloaded content, thousands of hours of world-building and gameplay over the years - gone. What is this nonsense? Can they even attempt to fix this or am I permanently deleting this game? I’m pissed off beyond belief.
It's the same for Playstation too. These are problems with rushed development and lazy work. I honestly believe they intentionally do this to try and make someone contact some kind of support just to try to get more money out of us. Everything, these days, are about quantity over quality! EA should be fired from developing the SIMS ever again! Their area is Sports games and that's where they need to return to and leave the simulator games to more apt and interested parties. For this to happen on all platforms, is beyond unfathomable! It's downright atrocious!!
I’m on a Xbox one. This happened to me with the most recent update on Feb 25th. Huge bummer. It takes literal hours to reinstall this game. If I have to do this every time I will all together stop playing the game.
