Hey so I’ve just updated my PS4 and gone onto Sims and got the pop up for the 25th birthday update and all that but when I go into CAS or build mode there’s no new free items? Are consoles not getting the 70 new items? If not this is unfair because we’ve paid the same as everyone else
Do you have the SDX downloads enabled in your game settings? From the main menu, head to Game Options-> Sims Delivery and make sure the check box there is enabled.

After installing this SDX, did you restart your game? You need to fully restart in order to see the content in-game.
I updated my entire game and haven’t had any notification about receiving free content. The only thing I have from the 25th birthday update is the 50% off packs.
Are you still having this issue? Twice I have deleted the game fully and reinstalled it and nothing seems to be working

I’m having this issue on Xbox too!! No one is responding to me
