No bonus content for High School Years

I pre-ordered The Sims High School Years pack on 30th June and it has downloaded today. I haven't received the extra content available if ordered before September but everything else has downloaded. ...

Hey all!

We've now made available the PC/Mac patch released earlier this week on consoles as well.

Could anyone who is missing the Vibing Streamer content on PlayStation check to see if you see the content after installing this patch?

(You may need to check under Game Library to install the content)

Update: This topic has now been closed as this issue is resolved.

  Some people in discord reported the same. People who bought the expansion with keys are not getting the pre-order bonus. Again. We had the same issue with cottage living. I even asked about this two weeks ago and got no reply to it.
