  • Hi @SophieLamb94,

Do you mean none of your Sim's are ever getting a loose tooth? How many Sims have you tested with this? This is a random occurrence that will sometimes happen- there is no way to trigger a loose tooth for your Sim, and some Sims will age up without ever loosing any teeth.

    Hi @SophieLamb94,

The latest patch released for The Sims 4 on April 26th reenabled this feature.

Is your game fully up to date?

  • Have them keep going to sleep, keep spamming sleep. They have to wake up with a lose tooth to get the loose tooth reaction. I just tried it, and it finally work edin like 15 seconds. I just kept spamming the sleep button without letting her wake up first, and then, i just stopped, and then she, my sim, Sage, finally woke up, and it finally worked!! The first try!! And I didn't have to do anythIng else to make it work!!
