No option to go online
I am on PS5. I am trying to do the reapers rewards and I cannot collect the rewards because it says I need to go online to do so. When I go to Game Options the online social features access Is clicked, so I unselected applied changes and then reselected it and applied changes. But it still says, I need to go online to collect the Rewards. I am lost on what to do
