no promotions, only raises
The issue about the promotions not happening for any sim that has had the Entrepreneurial trait needs to be adressed asap.

This issue was resolved in patch 2.20, but is not retroactive- this will not be fixed for older saves with Sims who had this trait prior to the patch. If your Sim had not yet received this trait though, it should now be fixed.
Please verify that your game is fully updated, and that you're testing this on a Sim that did not have this trait prior to the patch.
