Not able to Launch

Hello over the past few months I have not been able to launch the game. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. Deleted data. Restarted Xbox console. And it still freezes on the loading screen and then kicks me off my Xbox. It has forced me to stop playing. What else can I do, cause I really love playing this game.
