Not able to make walls higher

Hi can any one help me with this PROBLEM? 😞 I've rebuilt 5times , bulldozed, individually demolished, deleted data , started again and yet I keep getting a message stating an object is preventing me from making walls higher/bigger in build mode I don't have any mods or cas enabled on my home data or console. Thanks ( playstation console )

    Hey there studchik

Are you using any debug items in your build, or using the MOO cheat? Have you tried saving this build to your library, and placing it on a different lot instead?

Hi I'm not using any MOD cheats or anything as already stated, I have saved the building and attempted to replace/download builds (NOT ON A DIFFERENT LOT)  still with no luck
