Not enough space for latest update on console why?

I have the latest update for ps4 console for the sims 4 it says error not enough space I need 1.48 GB and my console has enough space I have 400GB of free space left but I still get this error messag...

Thanks that worked. What does rebuilding database actually do? Does it clean the cache too and get rid of error and fix the errors too?
