Not Saving Due To Storage
Subject: Cannot Save in The Sims 4 on Xbox – Error 0x80830003
Hi EA Support,
I’m unable to save any game in The Sims 4 on my Xbox. Every time I try, I get the error:
“We can’t save more data for this game or app. Your Xbox is out of space for saved data. (0x80830003)”
I have already tried all possible fixes, including:
• Uninstalling and reinstalling the game
• Clearing all Sims 4 save data (local and cloud)
• Uninstalling all DLCs and packs
• Freeing storage space on my Xbox
• Hard resetting my console
• Starting new saves
Despite all of this, the error persists. It seems like my Xbox profile is permanently blocked from saving for The Sims 4.
I would greatly appreciate it if you could reset my cloud save or save permissions for my account so I can start saving again.

Lukecummins2010 cloud storage is an Xbox matter, rather than EA. You could reach out to Xbox Support since you've followed all the troubleshooting steps I could suggest.

We do have troubleshooting steps for error code 0 but if you've cleared your saves they may not apply here.
- Remove a number of lots, room, or households that you currently have saved in your Library section of The Gallery- specifically larger lots or more complex lots that use many items.
- If you are using all 10 save file slots, you'll need to delete some of the older and larger save files that you no longer use to help clear up space.
- Check your Sim's inventory and delete your saved photos to allow for more space.
