Online Gallery says no results on sims 4

I have restarted my console and my game was working yesterday and last night. Today I was online for a couple of times then when I went online again to download one of my lots it said no results.  It's not working on my PS4 console at all. I have selected it to connect in the game options still saying no results. Is there maintenance  going on or something?  I have the latest update so thats no reason to say no results.  Anyone else here have the same problem.? My library has items in it

    Im on Pc and tried everything to fix it too. This sucks :( glad im not alone.

    Same with me on my PlayStation 5. I even tried restoring licenses for the game 2 times and it didn’t work to see if the gallery would appear.

    I am also having the same problem! Thought it was my WiFi but no, I guess it’s just a general problem with the gallery… hopefully will be working soon

    In the same bought still an hour later I actually started tweaking. Ea has to be down have they released a statement? When will it be back up?

    Same issue on my PC tonight.  Must be server issue.
