Pack is not installed after I buy it?

I just bought the pack lovestruck and a whole bunch of other packs two days ago and the rest of the packs are showing up and saying they’re installed in the marketplace down in the my collection section but the only one that’s not working is the love struck one and the install and uninstall buttons at the top right corner are not clickable. What should I do? Please help ! I want to have a dating app lol lol

    Hey Bigbellyjill​, 

    If you haven't already, can you please go through the following steps to make sure the pack is installed: 

    • Restore the licenses on your console 
    • Go to your Game Library 
    • Scroll to Your Collection
    • Select The Sims 4
    • Scroll down to Add-Ons and locate your DLC here
    • Select the DLC in this list and select Install
    • When the download finishes, let your new content install and restart The Sims


    Afterward, navigate over to Marketplace > My Collection > Pack Selection and check that the pack is activated.
