Packs appearing as new every time game launches and gallery freezes

I played the Sims4 on Xbox series X since the marketplace update every time I open the game I have to scroll through every pack  I’ve bought as if they are new. They also appear new in CAS and build mode. Also, every time I open the gallery and click on anything the game freezes and I have to shut down the entire game.
