Packs

I play sims on my Xbox 1 series x and I have alot of packs bought. When I go to manage game and add ons it shows all the packs which I have bought but in the actual game it only shows a few of them and it doesn't acknowledge that I have bought other ones. I have factory reset my Xbox and i don't have any other accounts just this one and I don't know what to do.

    While you are in Manage Game and Add-ons, uncheck your game and packs and then reinstall them all. Do this without your game running. If it doesn't work the first time, do it again. That should work. This has happened to me and it was resolved after a couple of installations.
