Pitch black sim

My sim's skin is pitch black after a window popped up saying something like "we're updating your graphics for a better experience." A few minutes later, one of my sims went pitch black. I had saved recently, so I went back to my most recent save and it happened again to the same sim!

I've read this is usually a cc issue, but I play on PS5, so I have no access to mods or cc. I have a 6-sim household, and the affected sim is my main sim. Wardrobe changes do not fix it. She had just aged a newborn into an infant both times it happened, so I'm not sure if that's a factor (I read something about this happening when a child was aged up with a loose tooth). I did not continue playing after it happened the second time, so I'm not sure if other sims will be affected. 

I have all but the most recent expansion packs, all of the game packs and stuff packs, and most of the kits. 

This is my super sim challenge that I'm pretty deep into, so I'm reeeeeally hoping this is fixable!
