Sims 4 camera and extending roof on only one side
I am on PS5 and have always bern able to use the sims 3 camera, but i can no longer enable it. I can’t even find the button for it anymore… my other problem (also on ps5) is that i can’t extend the roofs eaves on one side, when i press x and square and extend it, it will extend just the one side, until i “place” it, by pressing x, then it just extends both sides…
Crashes
I have an issue where my game crashes everytime I try to save. I'm on console so I don't use mods or cc. Please fix this issue very soon. I'm so tired and overwhelmed by this game because each month it's becoming more and more unplayable and it's annoying. Ill also be glad when you guys finally fix the weather glitch along with other bugs. The graphics are also getting bad.SolvedPhotos turned black
Okay so last night I started to redo my sims house and placed the photos I had out in the household inventory. This morning I logged in to continue and they had all turned black. I know this is a bug but is there an easy way to fix this? I’m on Xbox and I don’t have access to mods.SolvedGraphics adjusting and crashing PS5
I've been having this issue for a month now and I've looked all over the Internet with no solution. This started happening to me after the latest update. This adjusting graphics screen pops up repeatedly for me whether I travel or not if I'm in l live mode or edit mode it doesn't matter. It can pop up immediately after the initial load screen or after playing 10 minutes it's very random but it happens every time I play no matter how long or what I do in game. The graphics after it adjusts look the same which are great actually. My game also crashes every time I play and again it could be 5 minutes or an hour but it always crashes. I've played offline,I cleared the cache, rebuilt the database, uninstalled and reinstalled the game and dlcs,I moved it from the console storage to the SSD internal storage and back again, I've made new save files, I'm out of ideas and frustrated. Why does it say it's adjusting my graphics but after it reloads it's the same? Why does my game crash every time I play? I miss my game and I want to play again! ANY ADVICE WOULD BE APPRECIATEDSolved
Pitch black sim
My sim's skin is pitch black after a window popped up saying something like "we're updating your graphics for a better experience." A few minutes later, one of my sims went pitch black. I had saved recently, so I went back to my most recent save and it happened again to the same sim! I've read this is usually a cc issue, but I play on PS5, so I have no access to mods or cc. I have a 6-sim household, and the affected sim is my main sim. Wardrobe changes do not fix it. She had just aged a newborn into an infant both times it happened, so I'm not sure if that's a factor (I read something about this happening when a child was aged up with a loose tooth). I did not continue playing after it happened the second time, so I'm not sure if other sims will be affected. I have all but the most recent expansion packs, all of the game packs and stuff packs, and most of the kits. This is my super sim challenge that I'm pretty deep into, so I'm reeeeeally hoping this is fixable!Solved
PS4 - extreme lags and glitchy
Has anyone experienced lags and glitches even worse than normal recently? I play on PS4 and have maybe 2 thirds of all the packs (no CC or mods of course). My wifi connection is extremely strong (I have made sure of it as I work from home) and TS4 is literally the only game I have on my PS4. Some examples of what I've noticed: Build mode: INCREDIBLY SLOW - it takes so so long to do anything whatsoever, placing a wall, applying flooring, placing windows etc. Everything will freeze for about 5-10 seconds and then the green circle at the bottom left of the screen will pulse again and it will unfreeze. This happens maybe once every 60 seconds and is infuriating as I love building! CAS: again, SO SLOW! Similar issues to build mode but it also sometimes acts like the "select" button isn't working - I can scroll up and down (e.g. full body to tops to bottoms to shoes etc) but cannot click into anything, it's like my controller is broken. (to confirm, my controller isn't broken, and I have tried switching to other controllers just in case). About 2 minutes later it unfreezes. Gameplay: various glitches and lags, just seem to be getting worse and worse recently. I have disabled autonomy on my sims so when they have no tasks cued up and I ask them to walk 2 paces, for example, WHY DO THEY JUST STAND THERE SWAYING FOR 10 MINUTES??? It genuinely takes so much fun out of playing the game. Also related to gameplay but I have only experienced this once (just now): I made my sim change into the underwear set she wears to sleep in and she morphed into the actual monstrosity attached😭 (side by side with what she should look like) It actually made me jump! How on earth does this even happen? I tried changing to various outfits and back again but whenever I tried the sleep outfit, the demon returned! I also tried the "reset object" cheat which didn't work. The only way I could fix it was by going into CAS and then straight back out of it, but that was annoying as the loading screens take about 5 minutes each! Has anyone else been struggling with infuriating issues recently?
New Glitch makes game Unplayable
After the last update of Sims4 my game is not working right at all. At first, I thought it was just a glitch that would only last the day but now I am posting because I haven’t been able to play the game for about a week now at first everything‘s fine and then out of nowhere it’ll start by either taking all the Sims away from my household, so I cannot select who I wanna play as, or taking everything away (like no menu no options no nothing) you can see from the photo I have uploaded how my game has been. Can someone please help me with this ? It’s extremely frustrating.
