Playable sims and NPC cleaner taking hours to vacuum

So I recently bought and installed the Bust and Dust kit. Now my cleaner is at my sims house vacuuming for 6 hours a day, on top of the 3 hours doing regular chores. My sim will vacuum to perfection...

@Nyyuu_Nyyuu The report requires something to be typed in the comment box even if everything you've said is in the report.

It was showing up. But it wouldn't submit. I changed it from mobile to desktop view and it finally went through.
