Please help Massive bug

I'm having a lot of issues with my game. When i load in i get a message saying I'm missing content but when going to manage game, all of my packs are installed. Only 6 packs are actually working and when i select a world i previously owned i receive a popup stating I'm offline. I have tried reinstalling everything, and i have restarted my console multiple times at this point the game is completely unplayable with this huge bug. Sims team please fix this.
