please help
i would like to transfer my purchases in the sims app from the playstation to the computer, i have already logged in from the EA account but it does not show me all the purchases i have made, on the internet it says that they should appear.

As PlayStation and the EA app use separate stores, you aren't able to transfer your content between platforms. If you're wanting to play on PC instead, you'd need to purchase your packs separately for PC.
