Please Load

Hi EA I recently been playing Sims 4 but there was a recent update that happened yesterday and now the game won’t even start at all, previous before the update I was able to play and now I’m just stuck on a loading screen and the music stops playing, I tried to hard reset my console, factory reset my console nothing works, I have no mods just the expansion packs, the kits please fix whatever is going on I truly enjoy playing Sims 4
