Hey all,

This issue was resolved in Patch 1.70.

Please be sure to fully close and update your game- if you're still having crashing issues once your game is fully updated, please create a new thread here so we can investigate further.

I am on PS4 in the game crashes whenever I travel try to take a picture or to change the Sims outfits in cas. This was after downloading the latest update 1.42 it’s a bit frustrating! I have had every game pack that has come with this franchise on my PlayStation at this point hundreds of dollars down the drain if this isn’t fixed can you please help me!?

Also I have done all troubleshooting reset the PlayStation made sure all updates were taken care of , I uninstalled and reinstalled sims4 and made sure I had all updates as well
