[PS4] Game save will not load after installing Get Famous

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? Get Famous
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All except kids room and kids clothes stuff
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Load my save file?
What happens when the bug occurs? It gets as far as loading the household from the neighborhood map then stalls at 95%ish percent on the progress bar. The Plumbob stops spinning and is stuck on the "Shows Controls" tip page. I then use the PS button to close to dashboard. I try to close the app from the options button and it shows up with the CE-34878-0 An error has occurred in the following application. (The Sims tm 4). Then the system gets stuck on the reporting page which forces me to pull the plug as all other ways to shut down will not even respond. Then I get the error opening when I restart after plugging back in after approx. 1 min. If I choose to report and send the error I enter the stall state again with having to unplug the Ps4 again. The only way to bypass is not to report. I have lost 8 months of long weekends. My kid has lost her game. This is too expensive to be having this problem. This happened after I installed Get Famous. This is the second game ending bug I have had where I lost about 4 months of gameplay due to the X button not working that was fixed in a patch. Please help. I feel really ripped off by the amount I spend on this to have this happen.
