It’s 2021 and I’m STILL experiencing this problem. Long loading times (above 6 minutes to get to main menu screen!), awful FPS drops, and sometimes my Sims simply get stuck in their thoughts and don’t do anything. I have all dlcs (38? 39?) and it really annoys me I can’t play...
Everythnig else runs smoothly on my Xbox One X, why Sims can’t?
@Ouzaru84 I've moved your post to the thread with others experiencing this issue. Load times for the game are upwards of 6+ minutes if you own all the packs and have an original system. Feel free to click the "Me Too" button at the bottom of the first post on the first page of this thread.
You can try simply powering your console off completely, unplugging it and waiting a minute or two before plugging it back in.
