Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? By playing the game…..how do I know?
What happens when the bug occurs? My graphic resolution is lower and the objects and the sims become very blurry. Like when I was playing on my ps4 or laptop.
What do you expect to see? Magnificent graphics or a way to change them back. The sims 4 to stop lowering my graphic on a wimp.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
I keep getting a message when I’m playing telling me the sims 4 is updating my graphic so I can continue playing.
Now my game has become blurry and lifeless. I have no option to update the graphics and put them back to the way they were. I first saw the bug when I reported a crash. When crash happen and I never reported them my game never lower my game graphic resolution. Why am I been punish for reporting crashes? I want my high resolution graphic back. Why console players don’t have the option to adjust the graphics like PC/MAC players?
Also, I want to add that I uninstall the game and ALL the add-on (packs) twice. I deleted the files on my console and cloud and every single time I reinstall the game it does it with extremely lower resolution. All other games are playing amazingly on my ps5. I have the ps5 in resolution mode. So I don’t know why the graphic resolution still getting low in the sims 4. Please, make my graphics resolution great again or give me the option to do it myself.
Also my game was not laggy. It crashed sometimes but not that often, so I never saw the need for reporting those crashes. I didn’t got my graphic resolution lower until I reported one of those crashes for the first time ever. I thought reporting crashes was to help you fix an issue not to punish you by lowering the graphic resolution of your sims 4 game without any means to bring or restore them back to higher quality.
