The newest update made it so every time I restart the game, all of my game settings (audio, guides, etc) reset to default. So every time I load into the game, I have to set them to what I want again and again. It isn't saving the settings like it's always done for me. Is there any way on PS5 to revert updates? So I can return to before the update, so my game functions correctly again?
I'm on ps4 pro and having the exact same problem. Except I have the additional issue of not being able to save anything I build to my library.
Yea same here, it seems like now its loading slower than before and I just had trouble uploading to the gallery, tried numerous times and it wouldn't work until I had removed the pet from the household.
I am having the same problem as well and wondering the same as well. My problem is that I don't want to lose all the progress I have made and lots of forms I've read have suggested deleting saved data from the ps5
Thank goodness I'm not the only one dealing with this. It's been irritating me, and I really hope they fix it. I've been trying to submit a ticket, but I've been running into circles.

I have the exact same issue and starting the game, says im not connected, need to click reconnect every time, my settings reset after every time I launch it. Now I even have issues that my gallery posts show COMPLETELY a different date, like 1968.and 2001 etc.

Yes same for me as well and I’m on ps5, and it’s still happening after the patch today. It’s so annoying to log in and have to redo the settings everytime.
This has happened to me to and I'm getting quite annoyed with it I hope they fix it soon.

This keeps happening to me as well, every time I load into the game on my PlayStation five I get into my save and then I play around for a little bit on the new pack and the game crashes. I’ve noticed it happens when I go into free cam or when I try to change anything on my settings it automatically reverts every time I reload the game. All my settings are back to the way they were before like I’ve never changed them in the first place.
I am having the issue and I play ps5. It is getting quite annoying that each and every single time I load up the game- the game option setting revert back to restore default settings. I don’t want the show control legend and the control overlay reminder on my screen each time I play.
It’s the same on Xbox. Sad times. I’m bored of turning the menus music and bloody controls of f the screen 😭

This is really frustrating. I was hoping one of the recent updates would’ve fixed it, but nope, I’ll have to reconfigure all my preferences again. How has EA still not addressed this after two months?
