Purchased packs not available.

Packs that I have paid for are saying on playstation network that they're installed. However when I play the sims 4 they are not installed and are unavailable to be played with. I have restored my li...

Hi Kuromimum & naturalbrit

Please try the following:

Restore the licenses on your console

Go to your Game Library

Scroll to Your Collection

Select The Sims 4

Scroll down to Add-Ons and locate your DLC here

Select the DLC in this list and select Install

When the download finishes, let your new content install and restart The Sims

Next, head into Marketplace-> My Collection-> Pack Selection and make sure your packs are enabled there.

If you're still not able to access your content, check the transaction history for your PS account to verify that you're logging into the same account these packs were originally purchased on.
