To do this, you'll need to be sure your console's save data is automatically being stored into the cloud. Please follow the steps in the article here.

    I'm having the same issue and every time I go to my saved data and I try to sync it or download it ,it shows every game, but sims and google keeps recommending a usb stick? Please help 😭😭
