Sims 4 keeps freezing when selling a stack of items

I play sims 4 on the PS5 with the PS4 version. I do not use mods and have never had any issues before.

I have gone to try and rebuild my lot after clearing it and was sorting out my household inventory if I sell items individually the game works but is very slow. Tried to sell items as a stack and my game completely freezed forcing me to close it and start all over again. Tried this multiple times but the same issue occurs. Really don't want to sell my items 1 by 1 and it will take forever.

    Hi @Chloeway1234 , if you have many many items, it's possible that it can cause the game to crash or freeze as there are a lot of items to process. Maybe try to sell items one by one and once you cleared out a bit your inventory, try to sell items all at once again.

    Are you still having this issue? I thought i was having the same problem, then when I googled it, and was reading this, suddenly I heard the money sound and looked up to find it had sold the stack finally. I'd restarted the game 4 time thinking it had been frozen, but clearly I was just impatient. It does completely freeze but then eventually if you do nothing and wait, it seems to sell it and go back to normal.
